Weight Loss Coaching Package

This package includes (10) ten 30 minute sessions following the initial consultation. At this first consultation your nutritionist will develop a comprehensive weight management plan based on your lifestyle and food preferences. Following this will be 10 weekly appointments designed to provide accountability, motivation and ongoing coaching.

Your nutrition coach will:

  1. Create an individualized food plan
  2. Provide continuous coaching and motivational counseling
  3. Present behavioral strategies to manage emotional and stress eating
  4. Teach hunger and satiety awareness with the goal of learning intuitive eating
  5. Develop exercise plans appropriate to your lifestyle and preferences
  6. Provide strategies and support to manage holiday and vacation eating
  7. Provide strategies for making healthful choices in restaurants and review menus for the best options

The Pregnancy (and Post-Prego!) Package

This package includes (5) five 45-minute follow-up sessions following the initial consultation. The sessions can be used during your pregnancy to optimize your health and to establish essential building blocks of growth and development for your baby. You can also start the package post-pregnancy to learn how to maintain health while losing the baby weight and/or to learn how to eat wisely while breast-feeding.

Your Nutrition Coach will:

  1. Outline your expected weight gain throughout your pregnancy
  2. Adjust calorie needs as pregnancy progresses
  3. Ensure you are getting the extra vitamins, minerals, and nutrients your need for a healthy pregnancy (and recommend supplements as necessary).
  4. Identify foods that you should eat with caution (such as deli meats and fish high in mercury)
  5. Help plan for morning sickness and food cravings
  6. Ensure that you are eating properly while breastfeeding

Sports Nutrition Package

This package includes (10) ten 45 minute sessions following the initial consultation. The package is designed for athletes of all types and levels including runners, dancers, gymnasts, the team sport athlete, and for those who are serious in the weight room. Throughout the 10 sessions, your nutrition coach will modify the plan to accommodate changes in your training routine and/or body composition and identify and troubleshoot the barriers to reaching your nutrition goals.

Your Nutrition Coach will:

  1. Create an individualized meal plan tailored to your training routine, food preferences, and overall lifestyle
  2. Calculate your calorie and macronutrient needs
  3. Identify whether or not supplementation is necessary
  4. Offer tips for proper meal timing
  5. Provide ideas for pre- and post-workout meals and snacks
  6. Calculate fluid needs

The Collegiate Package

This package includes (3) three 45 minute sessions following the initial consultation. It’s designed for the rising college freshman preparing to live on campus as well as for any college student grappling with dining halls, meals out with friends, late night snacking and “partying”, or students responsible for preparing their own meals for the first time.

Your Nutrition Coach will:

  1. Create an individualized food plan
  2. Help you navigate the dining hall and campus restaurants with health and budget in mind
  3. Offer ideas for quick and easy meals with limited utilities
  4. Provide ideas for healthy grab-and-go snacks
  5. Evaluate how sleep (or lack thereof) and stress levels may be affecting food choices
  6. Develop behavioral strategies to manage emotional and stress eating
